Meet Jacqui
I’m Jacqueline Thim, an accredited NatHERS for Existing Homes Assessor with a background in architectural engineering, building physics, and sustainability research.
Based in the Illawarra, I help homeowners better understand how their homes perform and where meaningful improvements can be made, from insulation and glazing through to heating, cooling, and overall efficiency.
With experience in building energy consultancy in Germany and a PhD focused on Australian building methods and performance, my approach combines technical expertise with practical, independent guidance that homeowners can actually use.
